What does B.A.D Stand For?
So glad you asked! We came up with the name after years of telling customers that our treats are better for you and taste delicious! So B.A.D. Food Co. seemed like the perfect name as we were creating our wholesale line – we are the Better And Delicious Food Company!

What is the shelf life of products?
Our B.A.D. products have a shelf life of 6 months from production and as is indicated on the bag. Of course we highly recommend stashing some in the way back of the freezer for emergency snacking (especially around midnight…). The frozen stash will last much longer than the date on the bag, although we expect you’ll eat them sooner anyway.
How do I store my treats
B.A.D. treats can be stored at room temperature or in the freezer. Please keep the bags sealed once opened to keep your treats fresh and delicious.
Are B.A.D. products kosher?
Yes! We are certified Kosher and Pas Yisroel through Star K.
Are B.A.D. products certified Gluten Free?
Yes! We are certified Gluten-Free through GFCO.
Are B.A.D. products PALEO friendly?
Yes, they are Paleo Friendly. Why do we use that term? Well, let me tell you! The ingredients we use are ingredients that Paleolithic cave people would have been able to gather and eat. But, we definitely don’t think they would have made cookies… We understand that a cookie (or brownie or granola) is not necessarily a Paleo pantry staple, but bet they would have if they could have.
Are B.A.D. products vegan?
No. We use eggs and honey. If honey is something you eat, then our granola is ok for you!
How long will my package take to arrive? When will my order ship?
At B.A.D. Food Co. we recognize the importance of processing your order as fast as possible. We, too, are consumers who buy things online and like to receive our orders right away, as in yesterday!!! With this in mind we hustle to package and ship your order immediately so that you can get it ASAP.
We do not make money on shipping; instead, we simply pass on the costs. We are adamantly opposed to packaging or handling charges.
We offer several shipping options so that you can make the decision between delivery time and cost. We use major carriers for most ground and for all express shipping. We also provide a no-rush shipping option to most zip codes with delivery made by the post office.
B.A.D. Food Co. proudly offers free shipping in the contiguous US on all shipments over $50. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. No coupons or promotion codes required!
Most orders will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. We will use your shipping address to provide an accurate delivery quote at checkout.
Orders under $50
Orders under $50 shipping to addresses in the contiguous US ship for $8.00 You can upgrade shipping in many cases for a nominal cost.
Orders shipping to multiple addresses
Each address on an order with multiple shipping addresses must include $50 or more worth of items to receive free shipping to that address.
Express delivery
If you need your order sooner, we offer next business day and two business day service. The price is quoted at checkout. We have worked hard to keep the shipping costs down. In many cases in the contiguous US, you will be able to upgrade to faster shipping for just a few dollars.
Orders shipping to AK and HI and US territories
Shipping prices to these destinations are calculated based on weight and zip code. The price and arrival date will be shown at checkout. Most shipments to these areas take 2-3 business days to arrive.

Do you ship outside the US?

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box. But we want to get your order out to you so let us know where we can ship it to you and we will!
Do you accept returns?
Returning you’re treats? That doesn’t sound good…
We hope you will love all of your B.A.D. treats but in the rare case that there is a problem we will gladly issue you a refund. No need to return the goodies to us, but please email us as soon as possible so we can help quickly make it better.
